Know Your Contracts: An Overview of Construction Contracts in the Philippines

The Philippine Domestic Construction Board (PDCB), an implementing arm of the Construction Industry Authority of the Philippines (CIAP), in partnership with the Philippine Constructor’s Association, Inc. (PCA), will conduct the 2nd run of the “Know Your Contracts: An Overview of Construction Contracts in the Philippines”, an Information Session focusing on the different forms of contract, at the sidelines of PHILCONSTRUCT Luzon 2023, which will be held at the SMX Convention Center Clark on 30 March 2023, at 1:00 PM onwards.

This half-day information session aims to cover and give an overview of the different forms of contract for construction recognized in the Philippines, specifically 1) CIAP Document 102 which is intended for private construction; 2) Philippine Bidding Documents (PBD) for government construction projects; and 3) The FIDIC Forms of Contract, for foreign-funded construction projects.

This FREE EVENT is open for all construction industry stakeholders who are interested to know more about construction contracts. Certificates will be given to those who will pre-register to the event.
