The CIAP Document 102 TTCP is a program of the Philippine Domestic Construction Board (PDCB) in pursuit of its advocacy and commitment to promote CIAP Document 102, or the Uniform General Conditions of Contract for Private Construction, as the fair and equitable general conditions of contracts in construction. With the full support of its Board, Liberito V. Espiritu (Chairman); Ronaldo R. Elepaño Jr., Dino Mae D. Suelto, and Warren Simon W. King (Members), this program has been a huge success.
The said 19 Trainers were certified through the CMDF’s Certification Program empowering trainers, with the help of Engr. Rodolfo Menguita as the Resource Person for the 5-day training-workshop; and Engr. Salvador P. Castro Jr. (Chairman and President of SPCastro, Inc.); Architect Felicitas A. Pio Roda (President and CEO of ATMC, Inc.), Mr. Bobby Genato (Head of General Site Management of Construction Methods & Solutions Group and Skills Training & Assessment Unit), and Dr. Dindo Uy (CEO of FCU Solutions. Inc.), who all acted as Assessors.
The Graduation Ceremony was held at the Makati Palace Hotel last 21 September 2022, graced by the CIAP Executive Director-In-Charge and PODCB Executive Director, Ms. Doris U. Gacho, and CMDF OIC, Ms. Ofelia R. Usigan.
The 19 Certified Trainers pledged their commitment to help the PDCB in promoting harmonious relationship between and among parties in a construction contract and the people involved in the implementation of construction projects, through fair and equitable contract conditions, that is CIAP Document 102.
