The Construction Industry Authority of the Philippines (CIAP) Board approved the revisions on CIAP Document 102 (Uniform General Conditions of Contract for Private Construction), in its meeting held on 30 September 2022, through CIAP Board Resolution No. 07, s. of 2022. Copies of the document have been submitted to the Office of the National Administrative Register (ONAR) of the U.P. Law Center on 17 January 2023, for publication.
The latest version of CIAP Document 102 took effect on 01 February 2023.
