Job Description
- Do research works on matters concerning the construction industry, laws, policies, rules and regulations, construction contracts, construction standards (materials, methods, services and etc.) new trends/technologies and innovations in construction, best practices in construction, and other matters affecting the construction industry;
- Assist in the conceptualization, planning, development, implementation and monitoring of plans/projects/programs of DPDD;
- Prepare discussion/concept papers, project proposal, draft Bills, position papers, studies/recommendations on all issues/matters referred to CIAP/PODCB-DPDD;
- Prepare post activity reports highlights/minutes of meetings, memos, board resolutions, and other reports as may be required;
Job Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
- With knowledge in Construction
- With relevant experience in Government/Private contracts or Construction Management; Project Development and/or other fields related to construction/engineering and/or Policy Formulation
- With excellent writing skills
- With Strong communication skills
- Understands Policy Development Processes
- With good research and analytical skills
