Job Description
- Provide IT assistance and support in the implementation of the CIAP Information Systems Strategic Plan (ISSP);
- Assist in the formulation of IT related policies, Guidelines and procedures that are align with industry standards
- Assist in installing and configuring software, hardware and computer network and systems
- Monitor system performance and troubleshooting issues
- Responsible in the Connectivity of PCs, local and wide area networking both hardware and software and mid-range server hardware;
- Ensure security and efficiency of IT infrastructure
- Maintain computer networks and solving problems that may occur with them
- Perform other duties as may be assigned
Job Qualification
Educational Requirements: Graduate of 4years Course
Experience and other skills Requirements: With IT related certification (i.e. CISCO certified network associate, CompTIA Network Certification)
With 1 year relevant experience
Good Communication Skills
