FINANCIAL ANALYST I

Job Description

1. Check and process liquidation reports submitted by SDOs and prepare corresponding Cash Disbursement Journal
2. Maintain subsidiary ledgers for all cash advances granted to various disbursing officers
3. Prepare notices to/of liquidation/overdue account, order of payment for refunds;
   Maintain supply/property ledger cards for each type of supply items, semi-expendable equipment, and plant, properties and equipment
4. Follow-up and check report of supplies consumption, semi-expendable equipment issuances
5. Maintain the ledger of procurement service account (account payments, deliveries, and classification of delivered supplies.)
6. Maintain equipment computation of depreciation per period;
   Assist in the various reconciliation activities to be done for miscellaneous items in the financial books of account

Job Qualification

Bachelor’s Degree major in Accounting
With atleast two (2) years experience in related field
With relevant eligibility is an advantage
