Job Qualification

Min. Qualification Standard:

• Education : Relevant Master’s Degree or Certificate in Leadership and Management from CSC
• Experience: 4 years of Supervisory/Management experience
• Training: 40 hours of supervisory/management training/learning and development
• Intervention undertaken within the last Five (5) yrs
• Eligibility: Career Service ( Professional)- Second Level Eligibility

Competencies :

• Leadership Skills  / Ability to communicate in oral & Written English

• Copy of Transcript of Records and Diploma ( Bachelor’s and /or Master’s Degree)

• Copy of Certificate of CSC Eligibility/PD 907/RA 180 ( copy of Bar Rating)
• Certificate of Employment ( Previous and Present), if from Private Companies
• Copy of Service Records, If government employee
• Performance Appraisal ( Individual Dashboard) for the last rating period, if government employee
