Job Qualification

Min. Qualification Standard:

            Education :                             Relevant Master’s Degree or Bachelor’s Degree in Law with

                                                           corresponding Eligibility or Certificate in Leadership and Management from CSC

            Experience:                            4 years of Supervisory/Management experience

            Training:                                 40 hours of supervisory/management training/learning and development

                                                           Intervention undertaken within the last Five (5) years

            Eligibility:                                Career Service ( Professional)/RA 1080

• Copy of Transcript of Records and Diploma ( Bachelor’s and /or Master’s Degree)

• Copy of Certificate of CSC Eligibility/PD 907/RA 180 ( copy of Bar Rating)
• Certificate of Employment ( Previous and Present), if from Private Companies
• Copy of Service Records, If government employee
• Performance Appraisal ( Individual Dashboard) for the last rating period, if government employee
