Job Qualification

Min. Qualification Standard

• Education : Relevant Master’s Degree or Bachelor’s Degree in Law with Corresponding Eligibility or Certificate in Leadership and Management from CSC
• Experience: 4 years of Supervisory/Management experience
• Training: 40 hours of supervisory/management training/learning and development Intervention undertaken within the last Five (5) years
• Eligibility: Career Service (Professional)/RA 1080

• Copy of Transcript of Records and Diploma (Bachelor’s and /or Master’s Degree)

• Copy of Certificate of CSC Eligibility/PD 907/RA 180 (copy of Bar Rating)
• Certificate of Employment (Previous and Present), if from Private Companies
• Copy of Service Records, If government employee
• Performance Appraisal (Individual Dashboard) for the last rating period, if government employee
