Job Description
Division: Competency Assessment Certification Division
Place of Assignment: Makati City
- Provide technical assistance for the improvement and maintenance of the CMDF QMS
- Assists in the preparations for the incorporation of ISO 17024 requirements in the CMDF QMS
- Assist in ensuring that changes and the current revision status of the QMS documents are identified
- Assist in ensuring that relevant versions of the QMS documents are available at point of use, remain legible and readily identifiable
- Assist in ensuring that external and internal documented information determined of the organization are identified and their distribution controlled
- Assist the Quality Management Representative in the preparation and implementation of CMDF QMS activities such as Internal Quality Audits, Conduct of Seminars/Workshops, Management Review, and External Audits (Surveillance)
- Performs any other related task assigned to him/her from time to time
Job Qualification
Educational requirements: College Graduate (preferably Industrial Engineering)
Experience and other skills requirements:
- Preferable has basic knowledge on ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 17024:2012
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Able to multi-task and troubleshoot
