Job Description
Min. Qualification Standard:
- Relevant College Degree
- Relevant work experience
- Computer literate
- Familiarity with ISO 9001:2015 and Quality Management System
Job Description:
- Perform clerical and technical assistance in the Management and Audit Section in the implementation of its programmed activities.
- Provide technical assistance on the improvement of CIAP QMS and records management.
- Assist in the preparation of business communications and technical documentations as required for various project in CIAP.
- Provide assistance in the conduct of meetings and other activities.
- Perform other functions as may be assigned from time to time.

- Copy of Transcript of Records and Diploma (Bachelor’s and /or Master’s Degree)

- Copy of Certificate of CSC Eligibility/PD 907/RA 180 (copy of Bar Rating)
- Certificate of Employment (Previous and Present), if from Private Companies
- Copy of Service Records, If government employee
- Performance Appraisal (Individual Dashboard) for the last rating period, if government employee
