About the Session:
The Philippine Domestic Construction Board (PDCB) invites you to the Mindanao Leg of our ππππ ππππ πππππππππ ππ§ππ¨π«π¦πππ’π¨π§ πππ¬π¬π’π¨π§ for 2024, which will be held this coming September 6, at the sidelines of PHILCONSTRUCT Mindanao 2024, at the SMX Convention Center Davao, SM Premier Lanang, Davao City.
This session will give an overview of the different forms of construction contracts for construction that are used and recognized in the Philippines namely: the CIAP Document 102 or the Uniform General Conditions of Contract, for private construction and the FIDIC Forms of Contract, for foreign-funded construction projects. This session will also highlight the mechanisms available in these forms of contract in minimizing and avoiding disputes.
This is organized in collaboration with the International Federation of Consulting Engineers (FIDIC).
