Twenty-two (22) experienced construction personnel from the Department of Engineering and Public Works (DEPW) of Manila have successfully completed CMDF’s Foremanship Training and Certification Program (FTCP). The program took place on May 7-10 and 14-15, 2024, at the Manila City Hall DTCAM Building.
FTCP aims to enhance the technical, managerial, and leadership skills of construction foremen and aspiring construction foremen. By equipping its leaders with advanced competencies and a common management language, DEPW hopes to improve its capability to deliver public works projects more efficiently and with higher quality for its constituents.
The training program was led by CMDF Board Member and esteemed organizational development consultant, Engr. Rodolfo C. Menguita while the assessment was conducted by Engr. Hullio B. Belleza, Engr. Agustin S. Torres, and CMDF’s internal assessors, Engr. Ejay Craig D. de Leon and Ar. Nilo Eligio M. Calingasan Jr.
