The Construction Industry Authority of the Philippines (CIAP) and its implementing boards — the Philippine Contractors Accreditation Board (PCAB), the Philippine Overseas Construction Board (POCB), the Philippine Domestic Construction Board (PDCB), the Construction Manpower Development Foundation (CMDF), and the Construction Industry Arbitration Commission (CIAC) — would like to inform the public that none of these agencies or boards make any solicitations or requests for funds, payments, or contributions from bidders, contractors, or any individuals in connection with their official functions.
Any communication or solicitation of such nature is unauthorized and should be immediately reported to the appropriate authorities.
We urge all stakeholders to exercise caution and report any suspicious activities or individuals claiming to act on behalf of CIAP and its implementing boards.
