The Philippine Domestic Construction Board (PDCB), an implementing arm of the Construction Industry Authority of the Philippines (CIAP), in partnership with the Philippine Constructor’s Association, Inc. (PCA), will conduct an information session about the different forms of contracts that are being used in construction projects in the Philippines, which will be held at the sidelines of PHILCONSTRUCT Manila at the SMX Convention Center Manila on 05 November 2022, at 1:00 PM onwards.
This half-day information session aims to cover and give an overview of the different forms of construction contract for construction that are used and recognized in the Philippines namely, 1) CIAP Document 102 or the Uniform General Conditions of Contract for Private Construction; 2) Philippine Bidding Documents (PBD) for government construction projects; and 3) The FIDIC Forms of Contract, for foreign-funded construction projects.
This is FREE for all construction industry stakeholders who are interested to know more about construction contracts. Certificates will be given to those who will pre-register to the event.
