Job Qualification

Min. Qualification Standard:

•             Education :                              Completion of Two  yrs studies in college/associate secretarial or Computer course
•             Experience:                             1 year of relevant experience
•             Training:                                  4 hours of relevant training
•             Eligibility:                                 CS-(Sub-Professional)

 Competencies :

• Knowledge in the computer operation  ( MS Office – WORD, EXCELL, POWERPOINT )
• Basic Records Management

• Comprehensive Resume with recent Photo
• Copy of Transcript of Records and Diploma ( Bachelor’s and /or Master’s Degree)
• Copy of Training/seminars attended or Mandatory Continuing Learning Education
• Copy of Certificate of CSC Eligibility/PD 907/RA 180 ( copy of Bar Rating)
• Certificate of Employment ( Previous and Present), if from Private Companies
• Copy of Service Records, If government employee
• Performance Appraisal ( Individual Dashboard) for the last rating period, if government employee
