PROJECT DEVELOPMENT OFFICER

Education: Bachelor’s degree relevant to the Job
Experience: At least 1 year of relevant experience
Training: 4 hours of relevant training
Eligibility: CS Professional / Second Level Eligibility

Preferred Skills and Competencies: Policy analysis and technical writing skills; research, data analysis, and report preparation capability; knowledge of Philippine construction industry and infrastructure policies; familiarity with government procedures, procurement, and regulatory processes; ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and groups; strong documentation and records management skills.
