CONSTRUCTION AND MAINTENANCE FOREMAN

Min. Qualification Standard:

Education: High School Graduate
Experience: 1 year of relevant experience
Training: 4 hours of relevant training
Eligibility:None Required

Additional Qualifications: Experience in building maintenance and/or construction project preferably civil works and as trainer.

• Copy of Transcript of Records and Diploma (Bachelor’s and /or Master’s Degree)
• Copy of Training/seminars attended or Mandatory Continuing Learning Education
• Copy of Certificate of CSC Eligibility/PD 907/RA 180 (copy of Bar Rating)
• Certificate of Employment (Previous and Present), if from Private Companies
• Copy of Service Records, If government employee
• Performance Appraisal (Individual Dashboard) for the last rating period, if government employee
