Vision
The Construction Industry Authority of the Philippines envisions a gender-inclusive construction industry in the Philippines where every person is provided equitable opportunities, enabled to participate actively and meaningfully in all aspects of the sector, and benefit fairly from industry growth and development.
Mission
The Construction Industry Authority of the Philippines commits to advancing gender equity and mainstream gender perspectives by integrating gender perspectives in the policies, practices, and culture of the construction sector, thereby ensuring an inclusive environment that empowers and benefits all industry stakeholders.

| Goal 1 | To foster a gender-equitable workplace environment and processes that are inclusive, non-discriminatory, responsive to the needs of every person and their SOGIESC, and promotes gender equality |
| Goal 2 | To strengthen institutional capacity of CIAP to plan, implement, monitor and evaluate gender responsiveness in construction policies, programs, activities and projects (PAPs) and sustain gender mainstreaming in CIAP |

STRATEGIES:
- Develop and implement policies on gender mainstreaming and non-discrimination based on gender
- Conduct gender sensitivity and skills development training for personnel.
- Establish a Gender and Development (GAD) focal point system within CIAP.
- Monitor and evaluate GAD-related activities and progress annually.
- Establish and train a pool of GAD experts within CIAP.
- Institutionalize GAD planning and budgeting in CIAP.
- Conduct outreach and capacity-building activities for all stakeholders in construction.
- Establish a platform for underrepresented and marginalized gender groups to share experiences and best practices.
- Conduct annual orientation on sexual harassment, gender-based violence, and victim’s rights.
- Establish grievance mechanisms for reports of harassment based on gender
- Promote gender-fair communication standards and respectful workplace culture.
- Develop policies aligned with the Philippine Safe Spaces Act.
