Job Qualification

Min. Qualification Standard:

Education: Bachelor’s Degree relevant to the Job
Experience: 1 year of relevant work experience
Training: 4 hours of relevant seminars/trainings
Eligibility: CS Professional/Second Level Eligibility

Additional Qualifications:

• Experience in Project coordination and event management;
• Capability to lead or co-lead project teams;
• Proficient in written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to create clear, persuasive, and engaging content and narrative;
• Knowledge in content development (design and copy for print, digital, and social media);
• Skilled in gathering, analyzing, interpreting and presenting data to support strategic decision making;
• Tech-savvy and computer proficient;
• Can do Complete Staff Work, work with less supervision, collaborative, and a team player;
• Ability to work effectively with other departments, clients or teams across organization.
